• Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and reliable enterprise-level applications using Java, Spring, and related technologies

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

• Identify and address performance bottlenecks and bugs

• Mentor junior developers and lead code reviews to maintain code quality

• Keep up to date with emerging trends and technologies in Java and related technologies

• Contribute to the development of software development best practices, standards, and processes

• Continuously improve software engineering practices and processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Java development

• Strong experience with Java, Spring, Hibernate, and related technologies

• Experience with RESTful web services and Microservices

• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases

• Experience with Agile methodologies and software development best practices

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

• Strong attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset

Knowledge in the following areas is an advantage:

• Work with OS linux (ideálne RedHat / CentOS)

• Microservice pattern

• TCP/IP

• DevOps

• Knowledge of web technologies: javascript, html, css
