As a Coach, you will play a critical role in enhancing the competencies of our team members by providing both group and individualized coaching. Your primary focus will be onboarding QA delegates and ensuring they have a deep understanding of the project requirements, tools, and processes necessary to excel in their roles. By conducting regular Community of Practice (CoP) sessions and specialized training, you will foster a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality standards within the team.

Job description

• Provide ongoing coaching to QA team members, focusing on skill enhancement, understanding of project requirements, and clarity on roles and responsibilities

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new QA delegates, ensuring they are well-prepared to meet the demands of their positions

• Lead a Quality Assurance CoP once per sprint with at least 5 team members, aiming to share best practices, address challenges, and collaboratively find solutions to enhance the QA process

• Offer specialized coaching to QA delegates and process engineers, focusing on specific processes, tools, and techniques pertinent to their roles

• Possess deep knowledge of ASPICE standards, ideally certified as an INTAC ASPICE Provisional Assessor

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience and understanding of the software development lifecycle and methodologies

• Hands-on experience with Git, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Artifactory, and build profiles

• Familiarity with Parasoft, ciFuzz, Sanitizers, Blackduck, and workflows and findings management

• Proficiency in using Codebeamer for project management and documentation

• Ability to use Python for scripting tasks, specifically for extracting and aggregating relevant metrics information from KPI Lake

• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of QA professionals

• Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively sharing knowledge and facilitating productive discussions

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues

• A commitment to continuous learning and improvement, both personally and at a team level
