Job description

• Planning and management of project activities

• Collection and analysis of business requirements 

• Understanding the needs of end users and translating them into technical requirements

• Use modelling tools and techniques to visualise and specify business processes and their IT requirement

• Ensuring the inclusion of generic product requirements, defining the acceptance criteria that must be met for an IT solution to be considered successful

• Documentation of product processes for users in individual IT systems

• Setup and configuration of SAP modules according to requirements

• Modifying the system based on the needs of the organization and implementing the necessary changes

Requirements

• Experience with business process modelling tools

• Know-how in the energy sector (product management of electricity, gas and Energy+ (solar energy, electromobility, heating contracts, home energy management system)

• Ability to understand complex problems and relationships and explain them to others

• High affinity for IT processes, especially in an SAP delivery environment

• Good documentation and presentation skills

• Experience working with large amounts of data
